Rumors of the impending rebellion reached King Simba's ears, and said monarch confronted the one responsible, none other than his sister, Princess Kula. Though Simba feels threatened by Kula, he has followers of his own, such as the lioness Afu Almazi, Simba's eyes and ears. This may prove to be a tough obstacle for Kula. Ex-general Aladdin killed Jafar, stole the latter's powers, and teamed up with Shan-Yu, an old rival of Jafar's. Following an unsuccessful assassination attempt, Shan-Yu decreed that no one is to harm Aladdin on penalty of death. The Human Villains must either cope with their new leader or destroy him once and for all. Meanwhile in the Outlands, Scar is dealing with problems of his own. Because of injuries obtained during the Human Villain's attack on the Outlands, Zira has a miscarriage. Convinced his mate is barren, Scar resorts to kidnapping the Pridelander lionesses.
